Contests are open to all Oldies 1480 WDJO listeners who are 18 years of age or older
with a valid state ID. Oldies 1480 WDJO and its parent company Alchemy II Broadcasting LTD, their affiliated entities, affiliated advertising agencies, participating sponsors/promotional partners, other radio station employees in the Cincinnati area and the members of their immediate families are ineligible to participate or win. 

Winner has 15 business days to claim prize(s).
(Office hours are M-F, 9 AM-5 PM/ closed holidays)
Winner must present valid ID. 

Oldies 1480 WDJO is not responsible for replacing concert tickets for a show that has been cancelled for any reason. 

Regardless of the method of entry, contest winner or any other member of their
immediate household is ineligible to win again for the following period of time:
Prizes valued at $25.00 and under: 30 days
Prizes valued at $25.01 - $300: 90 days
Prizes valued at $300.01 and up: One year
Winners of prizes totaling over $600.00 in a calendar year will be required to fill out
Form 1099 from the Internal Revenue Service. 

Winners may be required to sign a release form. Contest winners agree to permit Oldies 1480 WDJO and Alchemy II Broadcasting, LTD to use their names, voice and visage in any promotional
announcements, material and news coverage regarding the contest as a non-paid
condition of accepting the prize or prizes involved. Prizes can not be transferred without
consulting Oldies 1480 WDJO first. All decisions of Oldies 1480 WDJO are final. A current list of contest rules is available at the Oldies 1480 WDJO studios during normal business hours. 

Oldies 1480 WDJO is not responsible for technical problems with regard to contest
entries. Oldies 1480 WDJO reserves the right to disqualify any contest winner if rules have been
violated. 

Contest winners agree to permit Oldies 1480 WDJO and Alchemy II Broadcasting LTD to use their names, voice and visage in any promotional announcements, material and news coverage regarding the contest as a non-paid condition of accepting the prize or prizes involved.
